RenderNow ("we", "us") operates rendernow.io. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use cookies and marketing tools, and the choices you have. It applies to the RenderNow marketing site and Early-Access sign-up.

Information we collect

Early-Access sign-up: when you join the waitlist we collect the email address you provide, and technical data (IP address, timestamp) used to prevent spam/abuse.
Usage & marketing data: if you consent (or, outside the EU/EEA/UK, by using the site), we collect standard analytics/marketing events such as page views and sign-up ("Lead") events, plus cookie identifiers, via the tools below.

How we use it

To notify you about Early Access and our launch.
To measure and improve our marketing (which ads/pages lead to sign-ups).
To protect the site from spam and abuse.

Cookies and marketing tools

We use cookies and similar technologies, including tools from our advertising and analytics partners, to measure our marketing and improve your experience. These may set cookies and share standard events (e.g. page view, sign-up) with those partners to help us understand which campaigns lead to sign-ups. We also use a small amount of local storage to remember your cookie choice and prevent duplicate sign-ups.

EU / EEA / UK visitors: marketing and analytics cookies are only activated after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you decline, no marketing cookies or tracking events are set.

Data retention & sharing

We retain sign-up data only as long as needed for the Early-Access programme and our legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. our email/ hosting/advertising providers) under appropriate safeguards.
